Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@peakkl.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size where stock is available. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Sale items and limited edition releases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Orders
Can I cancel or edit my order? Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. Please contact us immediately at admin@peakkl.com.
How do I track my order? A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track via tracking provider services given.
Do you restock sold-out items? We operate on a limited run model. Some styles may be restocked — follow us on Instagram for restock announcements.

How do I find my size? A size guide is available on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against our size chart before ordering.
Are the colours accurate? We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
