We are PEAK.KL — a Kuala Lumpur-based streetwear label built around the city's creative community. Every piece we make is designed with intention, inspired by the streets, culture, and energy of KL.
We believe in quality over quantity — limited runs, honest materials, and designs that last beyond the season.
Our Story
"We started PEAK.KL because we couldn't find what we were looking for. So we made it ourselves."
Founded in Kuala Lumpur, we've grown from a small passion project into a label stocked across the city — with a community of people who share the same love for the culture.
Data We Collect
We collect information you provide when placing an order — including your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. Payment data is processed securely and we do not store card information.
We may also collect browsing data such as pages visited and items viewed, to help us improve your experience on our site.
How We Use It
Your data is used solely to process and fulfil your order, and to communicate with you about your purchase. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you have opted in to our newsletter, we may contact you about new products and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@peakkl.com.

By placing an order with PEAK.KL, you agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor calibration differences.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, graphics, text and branding are the property of PEAK.KL and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Unauthorised use of our brand identity or designs is strictly prohibited and will be actioned accordingly.
PEAK.KL reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Malaysia
All orders within Malaysia are shipped via J&T Express or Pos Laju. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping on orders above RM 200. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, FPX online banking, and major e-wallets. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
International
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at admin@peakkl.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size where stock is available. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items and limited edition releases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Orders
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. Please contact us immediately at admin@peakkl.com.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to track via J&T Express or Pos Laju.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We operate on a limited run model. Some styles may be restocked — follow us on Instagram for restock announcements.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
A size guide is available on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against our size chart before ordering.
Are the colours accurate?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen calibration differences.
How should I care for my garments?
Machine wash cold with like colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on print.
