Order Enquiries

  • What form of payment is accepted?

We only accept Visa or Mastercard credit and debit card payments.

  • How can I track my order?

Tracking number will be received via email once the order has been shipped. If there’s any tracking after 7 days prior to your payment, please contact us.

  • How do I cancel my order?

All sales are final, and we do not accept any cancellations once order has been confirmed.

  • Can I change the product?

We are unable to make any amendments to orders once they are successfully processed as all sales are final.


Product Information

  • Will there be a restock for sold out product?

We are sorry but the answer is no. All PEAK.KL products are made in limited quantities which means there will no restock to all sold out item

  • What size should I use?

You may refer to our size chart for each design on product description.

  • Are all PEAK.KL products unisex?

Yes, all of PEAK.KL products are unisex. Please refer to size chart before you make the payment.
